Event Overview
The foundingGIDE BioImage Hackathon is an exciting gathering of experts from around the globe. The event will address key challenges in making imaging data interoperable and accessible through the use of metadata and ontologies. Participants will collaborate on various projects in flexible team settings, sharing knowledge and practical insights to push the boundaries of bioimaging data management.

- Ways to make metadata visually understandable and useful
- Including ontologies in existing workflows

- Next-Generation File Format (NGFF)
- Discussion for preclinical image metadata
- Ensuring interoperability across bioimaging data resources

- Full attendance is NOT required, but we encourage active participation in the projects of your interest
