About

Purpose

Since the invention of the optical microscope, Bioimaging has been an essential and important technology for life science research for over 400 years. With remarkable technological advancements, the data acquired through Bioimaging has become increasingly diverse and voluminous. Life science has now entered an era where we can search for common knowledge across hierarchies and modalities by comprehensively understanding these data. In this symposium, young international leaders will discuss technologies for observing and analyzing different imaging modalities, the underlying technologies that support these modalities, and the latest life science research utilizing these technologies. Additionally, international leaders in Open Science, who are developing technologies and infrastructure to share Bioimaging Data globally and maximize the potential, will speak about current and future trends. We hope you will gain insight into the future of life science shaped by the next generation of Bioimaging.
